Rocket V8 power, a great two-tone look inside and out, and the iconic hardtop look that made these cars famous are all part of a total package that makes this 1954 Oldsmobile 98 Holiday Coupe Deluxe such an awesome classic.
The 98 series was redesigned in '54 for one of its most iconic looks ever. They were the top of the Olds lineup and they had the longer wheelbase to prove it. So a car that was made to own the road deserves substantial styling. The wraparound chrome bumper, hood line, and grille were part of one almost seamless package that is absolutely elegant. The trim has a district pattern that streaks down the profile like the trail of a space rocket, before abruptly turning back up towards the door. This distinct look is only highlighted further as its used for the dividing line for the Sarasota White and Glade Green (and we can't help but love the Florida names for this period-correct two-tone in our Tampa showroom.) And this one really has a quality presentation with all the right details, including the fender skirts, correct wheel covers, and Oldsmobile's globe emblem leading the way.

The full green interior keeps the '50s-cool pastel feeling going. It also has the nice kind of details you're going to love. This includes texted cloth inserts on the doors and sets. The little things are nice, too, like the working cabin lights, artful/symmetrical dash presentation, and the AM radio that's still on display. The long wheelbase 98s offer the kind of room that's great for sharing with family and friends. But you don't need any of them to help you roll down all the windows to show off the profile on this pillarless Holiday hardtop. That's right, this has the desirable power windows feature so you can control all of them right from the driver's seat.
Oldsmobile's famous 324 cubic-inch Rocket V8 lives under the hood, and we know you love the green painted block and matching valve covers that announce the motor. It not only looks good, but it's set up for good driving. This includes upgrades like an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and a Champion aluminum radiator. It fires up nicely, like a well-respected motor should. This feels smooth out on the road, and features like the three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes really make you want to take this one out every Sunday.
This is the premium Olds done just the way you want it. So you know you'll regret it if you miss this affordable classic coupe. Call today!!!
