A 1949 Willys Jeepster is already quite distinctive. So when attractive vintage looks meet a solid V8 upgrade - and it's all offered at an affordable price - then you already know this is a sweet deal.
This one has a nice mix of vintage and upgrades. There are the right classic details, like the bright bumpers with Willys Overland stamped in the rear one. And this still carries the side steps for easy rear seat access. But those outlaw-style wheels signal this has also been upgraded. And the front end and hood trim have been modified to look a bit cleaner and more modern while still staying unmistakably Jeep. The yellow paint carries this vintage/upgraded dual personality well. It's not out of place for a 1940s-1950s machine, but it does have a hint of something bold, too.
The gray upper section of the paint flows nicely into the upgraded gray cloth upholstery inside. Gray carpeting and gray accents on the dash complete a package that looks good but is also never too fancy to spent the day at the beach. And if your sunny day fun ever turns wet, this one also comes with a nice folding top and full side curtains. For the driver, you get a cool classic feeling from the vintage ... A 1949 Willys Jeepster is already quite distinctive. So when attractive vintage looks meet a solid V8 upgrade - and it's all offered at an affordable price - then you already know this is a sweet deal.

For the driver, you get a cool classic feeling from the vintage Willys steering wheel. But the gauges in the center have been upgraded from stock to a full AutoMeter setup. It's a handy addition that gives you proper information about what's going on under the hood.
There's no replacement for displacement, so you'll love to lift the hood and see a Chevy small-block V8. This 350 cubic-inch is three times the size of Lightning motors that were offered in '49. This even has desirable upgrades, like an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor w/electric choke and an aluminum radiator w/electric fan. It fires up nicely as the glasspack-style dual exhaust makes a sweet but dignified tune. The three-speed automatic transmission, light manual steering, and wide BF Goodrich T/As all come together to make this a great cruising classic.
So what you're looking at is a Jeepster that has all the classic appeal you want on the outside, but added power and driver comfort under the skin. That makes for an awesome affordable deal. Call today!!!
