This 1934 Chevrolet Sedan is a bold custom streetrod that commands attention everywhere it goes. And you'll certainly be taking this one plenty of places because it has the right kind of features, including a powerful stroker V8, overdrive transmission, four-wheel disc brakes, and an awesome-looking leather-lined A/C interior. So it can be everything from your everyday cruiser to every weekend show piece.
Chevy's know how to grab attention on the street rod scene. They offer a distinct look from the Fords while also being unmistakably classic. Of course, distinction works best when you start with a high-quality body. The consignor states this is a Gibbons fiberglass build. The smooth canvas allows the bright red to let its deep gloss and shine roll off the beautifully integrated fenders, rounded rear pillars, and all those other classic curves. And we love how the full stripe package wraps around the rear and even shows some custom pinstriping. And because it's cleared over with the rest of the paint, the whole finish remains smooth. In fact, the underlying theme of this car is sleekness with a chopped roofline, frenched license plate, and flush tail lights. This clean design ... Please ask for the full description.

This clean design forgoes some of the traditional chrome pieces, with a body-colored grille surround, colored matched headlight bezels, and minimal trim for a more modern flair. It means that the places where there is brightwork are really nice standouts. So you really notice the grille, center-exit dual exhaust, and polished REV alloys with an aggressive stance.
Open the door to reveal even more investment in a cool custom machine. The comfy bucket seats are covered with cream leather and have the kind of bolstering to keep you all-day comfortable. The roomy rear bench, dash, and custom headliner share the same color. Plus, with the matching door panels having red stripes and red carpeting coordinating so nicely, you have a thoughtful total look that can attract crowds all on its own. But you don't need the public to enjoy this Chevy, because it's built to be comfortable even on a solo cruise. You have upgrades like R134a air conditioning, power windows, and provisions for a stereo cleanly mounted in the headliner (it may need servicing/replacement.) The driver gets a wood-rimmed sports steering wheel on tilt column, and beyond that is a full set of Classic Instrument gauges including speedo and tach.
With the car that's so nicely customized inside and out, you know there is going to be a great engine bay to show off, too. They made the hoses and wires extra tidy so that there's little getting in the way of letting the sunlight radiate off the high-polish presentation of this motor. And while you'll love showing this off, the full build was done to make sure you'll also love firing it up. The consignor claims this small block is a 383 cubic-inch stroker V8 built with an Eagle crank, flat top pistons, forged rods, Promax aluminum heads, and Comp Cams Mutha Thumpr camshaft. It inhales deeply with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and an aluminum intake, and the shorty headers feeding the dual exhaust give a terrific soundtrack. The transmission is 700R4 four speed automatic with 2000 stall. So it's great for getting in the powerband and overdrive comfort. As you look underneath, you'll see worthwhile pieces like a tubular arm front suspension, triangulated four-link rear, adjustable coilovers, and Ford 9-inch rear end. Plus, you have four-wheel disc brakes and rack & pinion steering for overall confident driving.
This Chevy is a terrific street machine that takes years to get right. So don't miss your opportunity to move to the front of the line, call today!
