This 1978 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper is a thoughtfully assembled build that looks bold on the outside, exceptionally comfy on the inside, and comes with some unique upgrades. It's all for the kind of classic that will make some awesome road trip memories.
The light green paint sets off a cheery attitude you really want in a Type 2 Bus like this. It strikes the right balance where you have a modern clearcoat application that has a good gloss. This shows off the straight panels and goes with brightwork details like the classic hubcaps and headlight bezels. But nothing here is too fancy to make you nervous about hitting the road right now. And the white on the bumpers and Westfalia pop-top make for a nice two-tone style.
The interior is exactly the kind of custom cool you want on a vintage road trip machine like this. The exterior green is used as the inspiration for a classic plaid pattern upholstery used throughout the inside. Other themes going through the interior include the bamboo weave side panels, floral curtains, and a wood floor for a home-away-from-home feeling. There are also handy extras, like the tinted windows, upgraded soundproofing, and newer built-in cabinetry. ... Please ask for the full description.

Description
This also has solar panels on the roof to add extra power (after all, sun power seems like the right modern way to supplement a classic hippie bus.) Even the hallmark pop-up tent has a thoughtful look with a matching upholstery bed. It's also a good road trip car with an upgraded center console, classic gauges w/added tach, and air conditioning. There's even a backup camera and a trailer hitch for easy use.
In the rear is the 2000cc motor. It's more powerful than anything available in the first generation Bus, and in fact, it's the largest offered over the Type 2 model line. It's a well-maintained package, including good wires, hoses, and dual 12-volt batteries. It fires up readily with the unmistakable air-cooled hum. You take full control with the four-speed manual transmission. Add in front disc brakes and modern Hankook tires, and you'll happily cruise this classic camping machine.
This is the classic VW Bus you love, and it's done to maximize the road trip usefulness and fun. Call today!!!
