A strong small block, four-on-the-floor, four-wheel disc brakes, sleek paint, and the right extras all come together on this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Tribute convertible. It makes for the kind of drop-top classic that you just can't help but want to hop in and go for a drive.
Cortez Silver is an iconic 1969 Chevy color with a bright style, and it has a presentation from a later upgrade that was laid down with quality. In fact, since there's only 8,300 miles on the build, and so the whole presentation is a sharp appearance that mixes vintage and upgraded. For example, the chrome bumpers and trim have a classic appearance, and they go well with the modern 18-inch Ridler alloys. As a Super Sport tribute, this has been upgraded with classic performance pieces like a functional cowl induction hood, deep chin spoiler, and full-width rear spoiler. The Rally Sport front end is a true icon on these first-generation Camaros, and the blacked-out grille goes so well with the black racing stripes (they are painted and not decals for a clean and permanent style.) And when the well-fitting black roof is in place, this one has a subtle two-tone.

Of course, a convertible is at its best when it's open to the world. And with the flip of a switch the top powers down to reveal an all-black interior. You can tell there has been a solid investment here making sure this is an inviting space. You even have nice details like the wide headrests, wood-like trim on the console, and working courtesy lights. And you have a true driver's car that's ready for action. It includes front bucket seats, a Chevy sports steering wheel, auxiliary readouts under center dash, and a Hurst shifter.
Under the hood is a Chevy 350 cubic-inch crate motor. As you dig a little deeper, you'll see that this V8 is upgraded for extra power with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock intake. And the gasket sealing that air grabber means this one has a proper cowl induction hood that lets the motor inhale deeply with fresh air. There are good-looking supporting components, like the finned valve covers and aluminum radiator with electric fan. The four-speed manual transmission gives you firm control in all situations. And speaking of control, this one feels solid out on the road with power steering, modern sport tires, and upgraded four-wheel disc brakes.
