We all love the El Camino because it's a distinct way to merge a comfy sedan and a versatile pickup. But this 1983 Chevrolet El Camino Super Sport seems to do it all a bit better. Factory-correct colors, a comfy A/C interior, and numbers-matching V8 power all come together to create one irresistible total package classic.
The factory-correct Briar Brown and Gold Wing is a great color that seems to represent the 1980s nicely. It's also attractive because it's a detailed style with pinstripes separating the two-tone over the whole car - including the flared fenders. It looks like this is part of a later respray, and so the gold and brown have a nice glow. More than just the paint, this one knows how to make a nice total first impression. Bright chrome bumpers, Super Sport decals, and era-correct Rally wheels create a very striking total package. Plus, with features like the tonneau cover, thick bed mat, and trailer hitch, this well-presented El Camino reminds you it's still a versatile pickup, too.
Inside is a comfy burgundy velour interior. You can choose to seat three across or fold down the armrest for individual comfort for two. This is a well-done package with plenty of comfort ... Please ask for the full description.

Inside is a comfy burgundy velour interior. You can choose to seat three across or fold down the armrest for individual comfort for two. This is a well-done package with plenty of comfort built-in thanks to the right features. So you have power locks (switch may need servicing,) cruise control, a Delco AM/FM stereo, a removable cup holder console, and the factory air conditioning has been converted to R134a to keep it blowing cold. You get a grippy classic steering wheel mounted on a tilt column, and this gives you a clear view of the full gauge panel, including the large speedo and tach. The consignor believes the mileage is accurate, and this certainly looks like a well-kept classic.
Under the hood is exactly what you want to see. It's Chevy's 305 cubic-inch small-block V8, and this is the numbers-matching unit. This is a robust powerhouse with a four-barrel carburetor on top. We love the stock style look, but also you know there are plenty of easy upgrades in case you want to increase the shine or power. This El Camino is set up to be an easy all-day cruiser with features such as a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, front discs, and BF Goodrich T/As. And of course, the car-like suspension is what really makes these so nice for any time use.
The sale comes complete with nice paperwork like the factory buildsheet, original warranty card, and owner's manual. This is the distinct El Camino that's easy to drive and easy to love. So when it's also so obtainable, you know you need to hurry if you want to take it home. Call today!!!
